Ruth
has a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the
University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
She is also licensed by the State of Colorado as a Licensed
Professional Counselor.
Ruth has a wealth of knowledge and experience in counseling individuals, teens, couples, and families. She enjoyed the opportunity to assist people in moving through challenges and making successful choices for their futures. Ruth has also enjoyed working in larger groups by facilitating corporate and personal trainings on a wide variety of topics such as Creating your Quality of Life, Teamwork, and Your Divine Purpose. She also facilitates retreats that offer
contemplation along with activities such as meditative labyrinth walks and sweat lodges.
Ruth is
also a licensed Religious Science practitioner available for Spiritual
counseling, performing weddings and funerals. She actively
participates at the Community for Spiritual Living Church in Colorado
Springs. Ruth teaches and co-teaches a variety of classes at CSL
including Spiritual Practices, The Life of Ghandi, and Mind/Body
Connection.
She
is married with 3 children and enjoys the balance of work and family. She lives in alignment with her purpose which is to create
sacred space for herself and others to experience Life fully.
